“நத்தார்” என்பது கிறிஸ்துமஸ் என்பதற்கான natal என்ற போர்த்துக்கேய மொழி பதத்தின் தமிழாக்கமாம். இது இப்போது இலங்கையில் பயன்பாட்டில் இருந்தாலும் கிறிஸ்துமஸ்  தவிர வேற எதுவும் நம்மூரு தங்க்லீஷ் காரங்கட்ட எடுபடாமலையே இருக்கு. எது எப்படியோ நமக்கு தேவ நம்மல குதூகல படுத்த ஒரு பண்டிகை .. கொண்டாடுவோம்

There is nothing interesting than knowing. In every second of our life we will come across something new. We will be dizzled with its fact and function. It could be anything ranging from our basic households to a new webpage. But the more interesting part in “knowing” was knowing that the popular feature exists already with various forms.

When I bought a car, it had the old system of cassette player, was bit disappointed. Later, got to know about Cassette adapters, which were new to me.
When I started to browse for a cassette adapter, I learnt a lot similar stuffs. I can keep on adding a loads of stuffs. I am pretty much sure even you will have a big list. But have you ever wondered if any similar website exists while you are interested in reading some websites.
Searching and Googling might help, but the accuracy  and result has to be based on our fortunate. I recently come across a website that will do that work for us.

When you like to know similar websites, you can ask it. Example if you type facebook.com, it will display the other most popular social networking sites.

ஏதோ தோணுச்சு, சொல்லிட்டேன்!!. – 1

இன்னைக்கு என்னவோ தெரில “தசாவதாரம்” படம் பார்க்கனும் போல இருந்துச்சு, பார்த்தேன். கமல் சாரோட ஒவ்வொரு படத்துலயும் ஒரு நல்ல கலையம்சமான கருத்து இருக்கும்.. இந்த படம் எனக்கு கொஞ்சம் சிறப்பானது.. ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் நான் பார்க்கும் போதும் எனக்கு புதுப்புது தகவல் தோணும்!!.. எனக்கா தோணும் “தமிழ் மெல்ல சாகும்” அப்படினு தன்னோட எல்லா படத்துலயும் சொல்ற மாதிரி இந்த படத்துலயும் சொல்லுவாரு. ம்ம்க்கும்!அது உனக்கு இப்ப தான் தெரிஞ்சுதா அப்டினு நீங்க கேக்குறது நல்லாவே கேக்குது… ஒரு நிமிஷம் பொறுமையா இருங்கப்பா, நான் சொல்ல வந்தத இன்னும் சொல்லவே இல்ல.. முடிச்சதும் ஒங்க கருத்த சொல்லுங்க, உருத்தா சொல்லுங்க.. ok!!..

படத்துல ஒரு காட்சில அமெரிக்காவோட இஃபிளச்சர் மல்லிகா அம்மணியோட ஜீப்ல போவாரு.. அப்ப என்ன ஊர்னு யோசிக்கைல, மல்லிகாம்மணி “சிதம்பரம்” சொல்லும்போது.. கமல் சார் கண்டு பிடிச்ச சந்தோஷத்துல ஊர் பேர “சீ-டாம்ப்-ரம்” அப்டிம்பாரு.. நீங்களும் “சூப்பரப்பு” அப்டினு கைத்தட்டி விசில் அடிச்சிருப்பீங்க, இல்லையா??.. அட ஆமாங்கன்னா நானும் அடிச்சேன்.. இன்னைக்கு படம் பார்க்கைல மொளச்ச பிரச்சனையே இது தான்.

அட, நம்ம ஊர்க்கார பயலுக மதர் டங் இனஃப்ளுயன்ஸ் வராம இருக்க பட்ற பாட்ல, மதர் டங்’கயும் பாதுகாக்கனுல.. ஏனுங்க ENTட காமிக்கிறீங்கள.. என்ன லொள்ளுங்களா, நான் சொன்ன மதர் டங் “தமிழ்”.. ரெண்டு விசயம் பண்ணலாம்லங்க!!

1) எங்க H தேவயோ எலவ போட்டுடோம்னா, அடியோட அவன் பேரயே மாத்துரது கொறையும்லங்க. வெள்ளக்காரன் வாய்ல வரமாட்டேங்கிதுனு சொன்னானா என்ன.. சும்மா நாமலே உசுப்பேத்திவிடறது

2) nationalல நாம “நேஷனல்”லுனு தான படிக்கிறோம்.. “னே-டியோ-னால்” இல்லயே. எங்க சிலபல் போடனும்னு நமக்கு அவன்(ர்) கத்துத்தரும் போது.. கல் தோன்றி மண் தோன்றும் முன்னமே தோன்றிய நமக்கு சொல்லித்தர தெரியாதா என்ன??

இனிமே எப்டி ஊர் பேரெல்லாம் அரசாங்க பதிவேட்ல இருந்து மாத்துரதுன்னு யோசிக்காம தமிழ்நாட்டின் தலைநகரத்தோட பேர மாத்தின மாறி எல்லா ஊருக்கு மாத்துனா எவ்ளோ நல்லா இருக்கும்.. ஏதோ தோணுச்சு, சொல்லிட்டேன்!!. இப்ப உங்க கருத்த சொல்லுங்க..

My Notepad as My Diary!!..

Its been ages since I used .txt file in a notepad application. Textpad and notepad++ took all its space.
I just recollected a very nice cute feature which notepad posses.

.LOG feature. Though most of you might know that, I still insist posting it.
If we keep storing the information in a notepad on a daily or on a random basis,
and all of sudden on fine day, if we need to know by when you added the contents to it. It will be hard to recollect.
It is also equally tiresome to keep entering data and time everytime we open the notepad.
This functionality get ride of this issue.

To create a log file in Notepad:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Notepad.
2. Type .LOG on the first line, and then press ENTER to move to the next line.
3. On the File menu, click Save As, type a descriptive name for your file in the File name box,  and then click OK.

4. When you next open the file, note that the date and time have been appended to the end of the log, immediately preceding the place where new text can be added.

This functionality is very much helpful to automatically add the current date and time to each log entry.
